To support the role out of a new system implementation, alongside process improvements across the business. Interfacing with various departments within the organisation as well as day to day business admin requirements.
Responsibilities
• To provide support for our internal business projects, taking on and completing work within timescales and to your best standard
• To carry out research as required and provide detailed findings
• To manage and audit our company systems, documentation and processes
• To identify improvements throughout the business and work with the relevant team /department to resolve / implement
• To schedule and co-ordinate meetings and the related actions
• To help take the pressure off the team

Required Skills
• Administrative experience (3 years+ preferable)
• Systematic and meticulous
• Strong Admin Skills - competent in Microsoft 365, systems and software
• Organised -able to manage own time, manage projects and help team meet targets
• Problem Solver- fast thinking on their feet with ability to step back and reflect when needed
• Energetic -full of energy and spirit and able to tackle the day with a smile
• Self Starter -uses own initiative and doesn’t need constant hand holding
• Honest - happy to debate and disagree and put forward a different perspective (and not afraid to ask for help!)
