Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll support the Commercial Director in steering financial insight. Your main tasks will include:

• Creating and updating cash flow forecasts to ensure healthy working capital

• Assisting the Commercial Director with budgets, reforecasts, and performance tracking

• Generating timely and clear financial reports

• Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls

• Identify cost saving opportunities across the business through analytics

• Assist with the financial planning aspects of a ERP system implementation

About You

• Previous experience in accounts, reporting, or forecasting roles essential

• Previous experience within system implementations

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using accounting software like Xero or Sage

• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive

• A strong communicator who can interpret numbers for non-financial colleagues

• Enjoys mentoring and supporting the development of team members

• Has the ability to work independently on set tasks
