Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and personable Key Account Manager to support the growth of our business within the marine, oil & gas, and renewable energy sectors.
This role is focused on building relationships, increasing company exposure, identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, and representing the company across the industry. The successful candidate will help strengthen our presence within the sector while supporting wider company growth objectives.
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and emerging markets
• Carry out market research and monitor industry trends
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
• Showcase company capabilities and services to prospective and existing clients
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing material
• Work closely with internal teams to understand client needs and support project opportunities
• Maintain awareness of developments within the marine, oil & gas, and renewables sectors
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to support company growth plans
Requirements
• Proven experience in a business development or similar client-facing role
• Background within the marine, offshore, oil & gas, or renewable energy industries
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident representing a company at events and industry meetings
• Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
• Comfortable carrying out market and industry research
• Willingness to travel as required
• Full driving licence
