We are looking for a highly skilled Workshop QC Inspector with strong fabrication knowledge and a proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-output workshop environments. As a key member of our Quality Team, you’ll play a central role in ensuring that all fabrication and welding activities meet the strict quality standards expected by our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is already established in QC and brings a solid understanding of fabrication practices, welding processes, and engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on, workshop-based position, you will be responsible for:
• Performing pre-weld, fit-up, and post-weld inspections to industry standards
• Verifying fabrication and welds against complex engineering drawings and approved procedures
• Identifying non-conformances, repairs, and rework requirements with accuracy and consistency
• Supporting the management, coordination, and tracking of NDT activities
• Ensuring all inspection results are fully and accurately documented
• Collaborating closely with workshop teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain workflow efficiency

Skills & Experience Required
• Established QC Inspector experience within a fabrication/welding environment
• Strong and up-to-date fabrication knowledge, with a clear understanding of workshop practices
• Proven ability to interpret detailed and complex engineering drawings
• Solid understanding of welding processes
• Familiarity with structural steels, stainless steels, and other commonly used materials
• CSWIP 3.0 qualification preferred (3.1 advantageous)
• Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
