As we continue to expand our welding and fabrication operations, we are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to step into a key supervisory role within our business.
This is an exciting opportunity whether you already have supervisory experience or are a Fabricator eager to move into leadership for the first time. The Supervisor will be workshop based leading a team of skilled fabricators, welders, and workshop staff; driving performance, productivity, and continuous improvement to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the workshop team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards: keeping everything everything on track with deadlines and expectations
- Acting as a bridge between the workshop and management, improving communication and workflow.
- Encouraging a collaborative and positive team environment, helping colleagues develop and succeed.
- Problem-solving and making decisions to keep projects running smoothly.
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity remain a top priority.
